TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order at the FEMTASIA online shop, you agree to the following;
1 – About
1.1 The FEMTASIA online shop is operated by Femke Hiemstra. Femke Hiemstra Illustraties is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, #34167919.
1.2 In the unlikely event that an item(s) is no longer available, or that I have made a pricing or stock mistake, I will advise you of this via e-mail.
1.3 I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the item(s) that appear in the FEMTASIA online shop. However, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the item(s).
1.4 Whilst I try to be as accurate as possible and provide all information on FEMTASIA.NL online shop in good faith, it is an approximate.
2 – Placing orders
2.1 Information on shipping & handling, shipping charges, shipping BTW/VAT and payment methods can be found on the ‘Shipping information’ page of this web shop and can be consulted prior to purchase.
2.2 All prices quoted are in euro’s. Dutch and EU orders will include BTW/VAT at the current rate for the item and the shipping once the order is placed.
2.3 Once a payment via Paypal has been confirmed, changes may not be possible without additional transfer payment costs as charged at the current rate by Paypal.
2.4 You will be required to pay for the item(s) and shipping costs in full at the time of ordering.
3 – Shipping, returns
3.1 Your order will normally be dispatched within 2-7 working days using the services of Postnl. If this can not take place due to specific reasons I will contact you via email to inform you of another dispatch date.
3.2 When ordering different items from the webshop, the highest shipping costs are leading.
3.3 International orders (non-EU) may be subject to import and duty fees upon arrival. These fees are your own responsibility to pay.
3.4 Until the customer has received the order, I am responsible for any loss or damage of the shipment. This right lapses if the customer has entered address details incorrectly and the order is lost or damaged as a result.
3.5 I can’t influence nor can be hold responsible for delays due to differences in postal systems, customs inspections in the land of destination, delays during busy postal times (like the December month) and/or delays caused by postal service staff shortage.
3.6 I will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company or postal service to leave the shipment unattended.
3.7 If after failed delivery attempts the shipment is returned to me I reserve the right to charge you for re-delivery costs.
3.8 The 14-day reflection period starts as soon as the customer receives the item in the order. The customer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation the customer has another 14 days to return the item. The costs for returning the order are for your own account. The item must be returned via a traceable shipping method to: Femke Hiemstra, Emmerikseweg 12, 7204 SL, (GLD), Zutphen, The Netherlands. Please contact me at email@example.com to exercise the right of return. I will then refund the order amount + shipping costs due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the item has already been returned in good, unused order. Reflection period and returns are not valid when an item is customized according to a specification you entered; these sales are final after successful payment.
3.9 Sometimes, for reasons beyond my control, I may be prevented from delivering your item as planned. These might include accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, pandemics or the default of my suppliers. I will try to put things right as soon as possible however I can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your item.
4 – Privacy
4.1 To place an order at the Femtasia online shop a shipping address, billing address, telephone number, and e-mail address is required. This information is used only for necessary communications related to the order process and delivery of your order. During the ordering process it may be necessary to share some of your personally identifiable information with the postal service (Postnl) and the financial institutions related to the processing of your (credit card) payments (Mollie, Pay Pal). Personal information will not be shared with or sold to third parties.
5 – Liability and law & jurisdiction
5.1 I do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages or consequential loss of profit, business interruption, damages resulting from the use of the website or damage resulting from leaks of confidential data.
5.2 Any dispute arising in connection with this terms & conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of The Netherlands.
